Kenny Rogers

People always ask me why I do such elaborate pumpkin carvings when they're gone in a couple of days. I personally feel that that's part of the charm of pumpkin carving. In a way, pumpkin art mimics life, albeit on a much accelerated scale. In any case, in response to the many requests, I decided to cut some patterns out of wood instead of pumpkins. I bought a scroll saw and using some of the finest blades available, this is an example of that endeavor. Hopefully you recognize Kenny Rogers there. I used 1/8" birch plywood. Enjoy.
